The quick meeting was called to order by Wagon Master - Bill Lovegren.

Dallas & Lorna Leier discussed that Bill Hofer passed away around 9:00 PM CST, 11-13-2009. He will be cremated.

There will NOT be any funeral service now.  

A memorial service will be held next spring.

Althea Robokoff made a motion and Denny Houg second it to give the family $50.00 towards Bill's internment.  Motion was carried.  Lorna will send the check or will take it over to them.

We discussed to have the next Luncheon meeting the evening of Dec 10, 2009 at about 6:30PM.

We discussed going to TGI Fridays on Highway 394.  Lenny George said He would make reservations a week before the date when we have a head count.
