The meeting was called to order by Past Wagon Master Dave Hemmer.

Attended by; Ralph & Ada Hunsted, Galen & Gloria Krohn, Dave & Barb Hemmer, Zig & Marge Carlson, Gary & Marie Babcock, Bill & Joan Lovegren, and Charlie Kadlec.

Old Business:  discussed  2009 Spring Campout  Hosts will be Dallas and Lorna Leier.

                Discussed donations by previous camp out hosts.  $100 was donated to the Elk River CAER food shelf by Pete & Lori Stunek, Hosts of the Spring Camp Out.
                The donation from the fall camp out went to Peace Lutheran church food shelf, Babcock’s church .

New Business; Motion by Dave Hemmer to donate $100.00 to the Clearwater, MN food shelf  as per our club agreement that until further notice the hosts of each camp out will be allowed to choose a charity to donate $100.00 to.

Second by Gary Babcock..  Motion carried.

Gloria Krohn made a motion to adjourn and seconded by Ralph Hunsted.
